Cindy Martinez served as the director of Undergraduate Advising and Academic Services for the Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism. She attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona earning a B.S. in Biology. She then went on to receive a Masters of Education in Post-Secondary Administration and Student Affairs at USC and is now working toward her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego. Her current research interests include: global leadership, college student leadership programs and development, emotional intelligence, and intercultural competency models.
As a former CCLP Research Associate, Cindy conducted research with the CCLP Scholars and research assistants to develop their leadership capacity through curricular and experiential learning.
