American Public Media‘s “Marketplace” ran a commentary by K.C. Cole of the USC Annenberg School about the benefits of a relaxed management style. Cole interviewed Distinguished Fellow Warren Bennis for her piece. “Smart leaders gather great people and simply let them do. No bulky chains of command. Few rules and lots of play.
