In a March 4 article for Fast Company, CCLP’s Senior Fellow Dan Schwerin analyzed CEOs’ miscalculation and support for Donald Trump after the election.

Schwerin and his co-author Nick Merrill argue that the business leaders have overestimated Trump’s strength and underestimated the risks of aligning with a divisive, mercurial president. They suggest that smart business leaders should resist the herd mentality, listen to their stakeholders, and plan for the pendulum to swing back to the center.
